SHIPPING POLICY

Please read through our shipping and returns policy. Once an order is placed and payment confirmed, our agents will proceed with registration of the package for delivery. Our shipping and returns policy makes provision of an accurate tracking which enables our clients to track their packages in real time during transit from our dispensary to their address. This will include providing details such as package weight, package type, departure time and expected time of arrival at the final destination. We also provide tracking details In certain cases of same day deliveries within and out of state in accordance with our shipping and returns policy. We do not send out packages on weekends unless otherwise it is a special consideration. If you have an urgent requirement to have an order shipped same day but it’s past our delivery time (04:30pm PST), please call us and we may still be able to accommodate same day dispatch.Our shipping and delivery is 100% discreet, safe and secure. In-case we fail to deliver, we will either re-ship or process a refund as the case maybe with respect to our returns policy. In state shipping takes 24 hours and it can take 24 to 48 hours or more depending on recipient shipping location for out of state. We deliver within the USA, to Germany , Canada, Mexico, New Zealand, Australia, Portugal, France, Belgium, United Kingdom, Finland, Netherlands, ASIAN countries and many other countries worldwide.

      The most important thing customers are concerned with is Quality and prompt Delivery of the products they order for. For this reason, we have been redirecting most of our resources to ensure a fast, effective and reliable delivery schedule. By this way, we have special routes and stand by agents in a bid to facilitate our deliveries. We have long term Contracts with most of the best courier services in the World . Our warehouses are linked to all our major routes of delivery. We have been able to ensure safe delivery to our clients without any hassle whatsoever. All International shipment fees, including but not limited to warranty items are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Please kindly note that insurance fee payments and any other extra fees required by the courier service is the responsibility of the client as all of such fees are fully refundable once the package is signed and collected. Also, all international shipments are subject to duties and fees when crossing borders. Generally, Brokerage fees will be required and Customs may impose duties and taxes based on the value of the goods. The payment of duties and taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser/importer. Please be advised that these fees are normal and are often times applied to shipments that ship internationally. We currently do not offer shipping to APO/FPO/DPO Boxes.

RETURNS POLICY

Greenlifeholisticsolutions is committed to providing the highest quality products and customer service hence is responsible for delivering orders to customers. The following are the cases where Premium THC Concentrates can process refunds to its clients:

1.) Cancellation: If a client cancels the order within 3 hours of making the payment. Once the payment has been made and the package taken to delivery service for registration and delivery, no refunds will be issued in this case.

2.)Non-Reception: If an order has not been received by the client within 7 days of processing of payment due to loss during transit, the client can apply for a refund.
However the following non-reception cases do not apply;
-Client changed his/her address
-Client provided wrong address
-The package arrived at right address but there was no one to claim it.
-The order arrived the right address but someone else claimed it.

3.) Defective Products: We try our best to source top notch products for our valued clients. But still if a client claims that the products he or she received are defective,the client can request a refund or exchange of the defected item given the following is provided:
-A clear picture of defected item
-A clear picture of the package ( Envelope, box etc)
-Order Number
-Proof of payment (Electronic or Physical receipt)

Note: Processing of Refunds may take upto 7 business days.
